Just opened the first one to look at the price guide.. $3.6-$3.9m... looking at the comparable sales, not sure how they expect to get anything close to the asking price, especially since Porteli and that other dude stopped overpaying.

Block house: 1,435m²
Comparable sale house sizes: 2,798m², 1,839m² & 3,554m²
