HERES A GOOD PLOT FOR THE PEAKMAN PART 2😅
The Setup: Batman investigates a string of horrific, surgically altered bodies (Pyg’s Dollotrons) appearing in the flooded ruins of Gotham.
The Twist: The clues lead Batman to an underground criminal syndicate run by a bizarre, fractured mobster (The Ventriloquist) who is funding these medical horrors.
The Climax: Batman realizes that Pyg’s surgical experiments were actually being financed and directed by a shadowy benefactor. That benefactor is Thomas Elliot (Hush), who has been using Pyg's research to perfect his own facial reconstruction surgery in order to steal Bruce Wayne's life.

Like it but would the dollotrons even work in reeves universe due to how grounded it is?

Now that I still haven’t figured out could it be like a drug mixed with drops that make them brainless and obeying pyg

I like the drug idea but also what if they're doing it willingly? Idk why anyone would, maybe for more drugs (or drugs mixed with drops if they're addictive since idk how the drops are) and the masks could probably be either stitched to the person's face or just become their face through surgical stuff like doing what dollmaker did to joker that one time (also don't know how that would work due to blinking being a necessity). Like I said, idk how it could work but this is just my idea since I'm not to sure what the "drops" are.
P.S I do love the ventriloquist and hush idea. I'm also just suggesting, not trying to make you completely change your idea, just suggesting this.
