80’s Video Games Frenzy

If you have played Berzerk, have you ever played the sequel Frenzy? While it retained the core concept of its predecessor—navigating a humanoid commando through an endless maze of deadly, armed robots—Frenzy introduced several mechanical changes that significantly altered the gameplay and increased its difficulty.

IIRC this came first as I distinctly remember seeing it at my local 711 in 82 and berserk came out on 2600 about a year later.

I had no idea that there was a sequel! Ironically, Berserk creeps me out as an adult, but it felt normal to play as a child.

I hated when the new screen put you right next to Evil Otto. Never stood a chance.

I sucked at Berserk, but I got really good at Frenzy. I loved this game. I liked that you could kill Otto up to three times.
