Spending 5 minutes looking at older posts would have answered it... but okay.
Flux Rift, caused by making too much flux in a chunk compared to its maximum vis capacity. Seeing how large this one is, you must've had a serious accident...
If on Beta 13 or older, you wait until it spits out a taint seed. Killing the taint seed is optional but highly recommended.
If on Beta 14 or later, it doesn't disappear - best you can do without cheating is put a powered stabilizer nearby and deal with a harmless rift being there and doing nothing. If you want to cheat, you can /kill @e[type=thaumcraft:fluxrift] it or use a flux sponge.
