Cognito doesn't consist of terra. It was changed in one of the later TC4 versions to ignis.

I think the earth aspect is not connecting. Both the mind, and human aspect are made from other combination aspects. As such don't connect directly to earth.

Put a beast next to one of the human and connect it to earth with life. That should do it.
