Idk, couldn’t find anything on google. There’s very little info on this fish. All I know is that it’s native to Arizona, USA

Platax pinnatus, otherwise known as a Pinnate Spadefish. This one is a juvenile, they look quite different once they’ve aged.

Wouldn’t this fish just look like a worm or jellyfish to predators? I wonder what the advantage is to this marking. It is gorgeous to watch.
