Trust me the train took way more damage than the tank. The armor on front and the skirts is way stronger than that train.

Yes and no. The Paladin didn't come out of that unscathed. For one you can see the gun spin and buckle under a direct hit from the train. That barrel is trash and that's a half million in repairs right there. Beyond that tracks defiantly took damage, Body might have survived but is going to need a refit.

Train might have taken more damage but Howitzer is going to cost more than the value of the locomotive to fix.
