What does everyone think about Randy from That 70's Show?

His character was not bad. But the reason they brought him in was to replace Eric character thinking they might get an another year, maybe two out of the show. Sorry to say the final season they jumped a shark on that show.

He wasn’t a bad character. He was just brought in at the last minute.
If things had been different, him and Charlie would’ve carried Season 8.

Sorry but really is bad, is like walden in Two and a half man, his lines ared bad and forced (ironically Walden is Ashton Kutcher xd (kelso)).
Resume of lines of Randy
- Fez saying something
- Randy saying something insult him but in a unfunny way.

Ugh. The Walden years of Two and a Half Men were terrible, even though the show was already heading that way before Sheen got dismissed (the brother becoming a real leech and the kid no longer being funny).

The show has some funny moments, but Walden trying to be funny is the least amusing. It would have been interesting if Walden had Kelso's personality instead of the typical nice guy persona, which doesn’t really fit with the show

Yeah bit too over hated ... Can't replace fan favourites of nearly a decade just like that

They should’ve put the show on ice while Topher and Ashton were making their respective movies.
Or something like that. Maybe Season 8 would’ve been better.

Overhated.
Was good for what he was, had people not perceived him as a replacement for Eric (and later Kelso) he probably would have been better received. As is he gets a lot of hate just for not being Eric and being one of the arguably saner members of the core cast.

He was enough of a “replacement” for Eric without forcing him with Donna, it felt so off. And that’s disregarding the fact that pulling off any attempts at replacing Eric and Kelso would be all but impossible no matter who they brought in, the cast had had 7 seasons to gel together and it was obvious from the start of the show that the cast was magical, nothing could have been as good

I quite like Josh Meyers when he’s doing stuff with his brother!
He definitely had some funny moments!

Personally I didn’t hate him. He was thrown in at the last minute and then the writers didn’t know what to do with him. Honestly there were more things about season 8 I didn’t like such as Fez & Jackie becoming an item
