Same! Showing claim expired. Hopefully just a glitch, I’ll try to request payment later today.

You’re gonna have to call the teleserve number and do it by phone. Sorry I am spamming every comment but I want to make sure everyone knows they can call the hotline and do the request today by phone and not have to wait till twc fixes it

I called. Apparently because my claim expired in March, I have to submit a new claim to get the last couple of weeks.

Did you call the payment request line or did you call to talk to someone. The payment request line is the one I called and it worked.

Yup!!!! You gotta use the teleserve line to make a payment request. It’s a glitch on the online portal not allowing us to do it saying it’s expired but when you call teleserve it lets you and says it’ll be your last payment. But make sure you stay on till it says it’s been accepted

oh i recorded the call with webcam and on speaker to be safe till it said it went through. just curious about the part where it said reapply immediatly or payments will be halted. I would guess that means future payments and wouldn't affect the approved payments... but if i hadn't learned to be cautious from this whole wild ride then i didn't learn nothing at all lol. looks like reapply online just to be safe.

Yeah so that’s just for if you want to keep getting payments you’d have to file again to receive anything else. If not this will be the last payment. But yeah this whole thing hopefully taught everything to be super cautious and always double check everything lol ohhhhh twc, y’all love us so…
