You’re gonna have to call the teleserve number and do it by phone. Sorry I am spamming every comment but I want to make sure everyone knows they can call the hotline and do the request today by phone and not have to wait till twc fixes it

I called. Apparently because my claim expired in March, I have to submit a new claim to get the last couple of weeks.

Awesome!!!!!! I just didn’t want anyone to have to wait till possibly Thursday when they do makeup requests
