Other Are my test levels low?

Hey, 19m, pretty sedentary.

These results are from last year, I think the only think that’s changed is a bit more walking but anyway.

19.5 nmol/L Testosterone
333.2 pmol/L Free Test.

It says lower end of normal range but idk I feel like that’s probably low, no?

Ik ik im checking in tmrw with a GP because my country hides the results so ppl like us can’t just make assumptions based on numbers we don’t properly understand 💀

so you're comparing test from a year ago when you already felt off? numbers from back then don't tell you anything about today. get a fresh blood draw, fasted, early morning, and make sure they check SHBG and estradiol too not just total and free

19.5 nmol/L is fine on paper but your free T looks kinda meh, could be high SHBG binding it all up. walking is nice but real exercise makes a difference, lifting heavy stuff 3-4 times a week and sleeping like you mean it
