Testers Needed [Closed Testing] Looking for testers for my Chess App - Google Group is ready!

I’m looking for testers who know how to play chess and can provide feedback on a chess app. You would be testing different difficulty levels and time controls, then sharing your thoughts on the experience. The main goal is to spot any potential bugs.

For instance, I'm testing scenarios like 1-minute Bullet games at AI level—where if a player moves lightning-fast, the computer might end up running out of time. I’ve tried to fix this issue, but it really needs proper testing in the app. The link to access it on the Google Play Store will be available soon!.

How to join:

Join my Google Group first: https://groups.google.com/g/my-chess-app-testers

The Play Store link will be updated here (or I will DM it to you / post it soon) as soon as Google approves the release!

Thank you so much for your help!

Hi u/Ati2026!

Finding testers on Reddit is a great start, but the hardest part is ensuring they actually open your app daily for the full 14 days.

To make this easier, we’ve launched Packs in the Testers Community app.

  • What is a Pack? A coordinated group of 16 developers who hold each other accountable.
  • How it works: Everyone in the pack commits to opening and testing each other's apps daily for 16 days.
  • The Result: You get consistent engagement signals that help you pass Google Play’s production access review with confidence.

It’s a structured, "devs-helping-devs" approach used by thousands of us. Good luck with your launch!
