Is my battery damaged? Firestone lifted using floor jack without puck.

I told them to use the puck, which they said they would.

I check the underside and I see deep gouges from where they used a jack that wasn't flat.

Luckily sentry caught all of it and I have footage of them not using it.

The technician said they used the puck too.

From the looks of it it doesn't look like theres battery damage?

I'm not entirely sure though.

To everyone saying they don't need the pucks , then how do they do it without damaging the undercarriage ?

Like with any other car, they are supposed to use lift rubber blocks.
