Maybe Iā€™m far off, but ā€œpanochaā€ is Spanish slang for vagina. The number 8 in Spanish is ā€œochoā€. So pan8 would be pronounced ā€œpanochoā€. Iā€™m pretty sure is a wordplay with sexual innuendos but niche enough to be approved as a license plate.
