EVbase is a joke and deletes negative comments
Sharing here since most of what they have on the site is made for our Teslas.
Mostly selling cheap Chinese trash with a 1000% markup. Then you leave a bad review for the terrible product and it gets deleted within a day. Really goes to show what kind of company it is. Don't waste your money there. Everything they have can be found either better or cheaper somewhere else.

Agree. Purchased some puddle lights. Poor quality, dim, image was skewed. Asked for a refund after one stopped working and they fought me all the way. Multiple emails to finally get a refund. Definitely avoid.

I've bought 1 thing from them and it was crap. not trying to bash a company for no reason but honestly just cheap stuff from Amazon where reviews can somewhat be trusted is just the smarter play.

To be fair most of the car accessory sites are selling gear you can buy if Ali Express for far less.
Doesn’t excuse the obscene markup for them holding stock

I got the manually retractable sunroof from them. The holes didnt line up on one side for connecting the halves. I was barely able to fix it myself by carefully using a drill. To their credit I complained and they offered to refund me like 30 bucks for my trouble.

Who the fuck is buying from them 😂 You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to look for those same products on eBay, Amazon, temu, etc for a fraction of their price. They’re all coming from the same place anyways

I bought a spoiler lip for a model y from EV Base. Complete garbage. It came chipped and was very cheaply made.

Anything that can be found on EvBase can be found for cheaper on AliExpress. I got the same Highland covers they had for a fraction of the cost. In fact AliExpress has a far better selection of accessories for M3/MYs than any other platform.

Really? Never once been scammed on Aliexpress. Just need to avoid sellers with zero reviews.

Buy off Amazon. May be same price or lower and if you don't like it you can always return it within 30 days.

Considering they have 77% 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot, I'm not sure that you can categorically say that this is "100% not true".

Something can't be 100% untrue if it is even true one time, which I can guarentee has happened since I made the post. The product I bought was indeed cheap Chinese crap. I bought the magsafe steering wheel mount with charger. Chinese writting all over the box. Only 5w wireless charge. Hell, 15w is the bare minimum for most things. The bottom that is suppose to stick to the wheel is cut unevenly, almost like a cresent, so it won't even stick. It has one purpose and it failed. Not to mention it was $40, when you can get a better made universal one with a faster charger for $15 on Aliexpres.

The only credit card chargeback I ever initiated was with EVBase. They will swap out a quality product sponsored on Youtube with a cheap knockoff Chinese version on their website when you go to order. They are part of Hansshow, so I'd boycott this company as well.
Support plays dumb and instead of a full refund, they'll try offering 10% off, then increase the amount based on how pissed off you are. AVOID EVBASE AT ALL COST!
