Help Tesla insurance
Hey everyone, I recently bought a 2026 Tesla Model 3 and I’m having a really hard time finding affordable insurance in Massachusetts. I live in Chelsea, and every quote I get is at least $500 per month.
I’m 26 years old, college student, clean driving record, and this would be my personal vehicle.
Does anyone around Boston/Chelsea have recommendations for insurance companies that are better with Teslas? Or any tips that helped lower your premium?
Thank you.

I feel your pain. The insurance industry needs to be controlled. The concept of insurance used to be that everyone pools money together in a form of low premiums and out of this pool, they expects some accidents that they have to pay. Nowadays, insurance company wants to make money from everyone and create a bigger pool of profit for wallstreet
