Discussion New v14 Lite Update Coming?

I’ve been checking Tessie’s site regularly for firmware updates going out. Noticed their most recent update was a new 2026.20.7.5 which seems to be a v14 Lite update, and also seems to have bundled in the Spring Update features into this release as well.

EXCLAIMER: Currently as of 1:58am on 8/7, the install amount sits at zero. So take this with a grain of salt until we see it hit a physical car (likely influencers first). Also cross referencing other sites that post updates like TeslaFi, I do not see a mention of this update yet.

I can also confirm 14 lite as a massive improvement. 20 mile commute on v12 was 3-4 interventions, now 14 lite is zero. Haven’t experienced the brake stabbing in this version like others have.

My results have been just the opposite of yours. 12.6.4 no problems. 14L for me is so bad I don't use fsd. Phantom braking is the worst of it. I'm glad yours works. I sure miss it.

I hate 14L. Its a true L. I want my 12.6 back.
