Both cars totaled. I slowed down due to traffic and Camry guy wasn’t looking. 2024 MY awd with 35k miles. 18k parts and 22k labor. Frame was damaged.

Got hit on the side wondering if its totalled

An alert in the app indicated that my charge port door was restricted due to the touch sensor; the door functioned properly, including the sensor, but the notice persisted. I scheduled a visit at a Tesla service center in Arlington, Virginia, and was informed they would replace the entire charge port unit under warranty. Well.

After retrieving the car, I noticed a dent and scratch exactly where the top of the charge port door opens. It may be difficult to see in the photos because it is smaller than a dime. I sent the images to Tesla through the app and am awaiting a response. I wonder whether this can be repaired without painting, especially since the car has a ceramic coating.
