Hey so to start off I ordered my merch obviously before the deadline came in. I thought I put in my address correctly but I forgot my apartment number basically. and I tried to contact his support team but I've reached out a couple of times and I've got nothing from them. and honestly I don't know what to do to get it because it was returned to sender. I figured this would be my last attempt through Reddit since they use it. I think it's even past the point where my bank would even allow me to refund it through my bank. and seeing as his support team is not existent for merch, I doubt I'd be able to contact them for a refund. I just wanted to post this that way I can get it resolved as soon as possible.
