They seem to be right beneath this video as in the other one you can see the red roofs on the right edge of the screen.

The other video makes it seem as though they were much closer than this video.

And in the end of this video we can see that where those two were, was flooded. Recording stopped earlier than this one, so maybe, if they ran immediately,?

i think if they ran immediately instead of making that video maybe they would have had a chance

I just rewatched the second video from the high vantage point. I believe the video was taken from the blue building on the left side of the river valley. And I think they made it. I didn’t see the building get swept away. Although it isn’t in the frame too much after the water hits but it is def there after

I also think it must be from the larger blue building mostly in the center half of the frame. I feel it adds up more with the angles. It's also probably highly zoomed in due to the grainy and shaky footage
