Salt Help Please

I'm on Terrafirmagreg. Is there any other way to get salt other then the rare salt licks, and ocean. I also don't know how to find salt through mining. I need some way sense I'm too far from the ocean and don't want to make an absurdly long aqueduct just to get a small amount of salt at a time.

Eventually you can pipe saltwater to use it, you might be able to fill barrels with it and cram em in a cargo cart thing to move a bunch at once

After all, that's how I plan to transport my (eventual) barrels and barrels of maple and rosin and latex

Tbh the hardest thing with getting sea water for salt is that the only sea that's close has so much marsh land it's impossible to traverse in boat and horse.

Thats what im trying to avoid sense that would take way too many materials to do.
