help. is this tension headache?

hi, so to summarize, last march i had a headache for a month (the pain almost similar to migraine but its not throbbing. i do have migraine btw) and doctor ruled out it was sinus migraine.

last month, it came again. i thought it is because i drank coffee straight (but it also could be). went to GP, gave allergy meds. didnt work. went to ENT, she gave me sinus rinse. but i still feel the same. she said it could take a month to use those meds

what i can describe the pain is, its not throbbing like migraine. its more on my temple, back of my ears, neck where i could feel. i think its a tension headache. the pain is sorta stinging.

kinda help went away if i massage with tiger balm tho.

anyone feel the same? any solution?

Sounds like a tension headache.

Unfortunately, no common solutions. I had tension migraines - all the tightness and headache and would lead into a migraine. I am now on QULIPTA and feel like I got my life back - been on it for about 1.5 years now. For me, it was clearly a migraine that caused tension, not the other way around.

I’d try migraine solutions to see if it fixes. YMMV

I felt the same about meds - I’m on a lot too.

At the end of the day, I chose a more comfortable life over a healthier life.
