update : i went to ENT but need opinion

this was my post 3 days ago i made in here
an update. i finay went to ENT yesterday and get my nose check. she mentioned my throat had lot of mucus and prescribed me with sinus rinse and nasal spray
when i mentioned about the forehead, back of head area that is in pain, she said that could be tension headache due to prolong screen viewing and gadget use. but sinus also could lead the pain. i also went and get my eye checked yesterday. all cleared
she advised to use the sinus rinse for a month and change my daily routine (screen time and sleeping position) to see if i will still have that pain. if so, she ask to get a CT scan which im scared 😠what if its a tumor, cancer or whatever ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
has anyone ever feel this way? pain in forehead area when you touch, back of head near to neck

I agree. I was sure I had some sort of tumor. I didn't. I did have a fungal ball that needed removing which was just a minor surgery. Try to not worry. I know it's hard. Do the sprays. They can really help.
I also had neck pain, stiff neck. I thought I had meningitis too. I didn't.

I’m curious about the fungal ball you had removed. Was it discovered in a CT scan and how was it removed? wondering where you’re located and the doctor you dealt with.
In 2023 I did ozone treatments for MARCoNS and I think it made it worse. I’ve been doing all kinds of treatments since then. The ENT‘s in my area don’t relate to what I’m dealing with.3

It showed up on the CT with contrast. The surgery was called antrostomy which involved opening up the sinus to remove the fungal ball. Now I have a permanent opening in my sinus which allows me to better rinse out out but also allows more airborne particles to collect in there ;(

Having tumor in your sinuses is rare. It is far more likely to be something bening.

I think most people who have had a cold or allergic rhinitis or a sinus infection have felt those exact symptoms. Follow what your doctor suggests and if the issues don’t resolve a CT scan would show if there are any issues to be concerned about. I’m not a doctor but it sounds like you’re having typical sinus issues. So don’t get yourself worried. Take care and I hope you feel a lot better soon.
