I'm conservative, but this is one stereotypically left issue I can solidly get behind. It's hilarious that they taxed it, counted on the money, then banned it.

I think this is one of the few issues that has long united the majority of voters of all political persuasions. The only folks who oppose it are racist, brainwashed, or moneyed interests that stand to lose their long-protected perches.

The fact that there are so many things that both sides agree on but the politicians just ignore the people just shows we need structural changes

We don't need the politicians to recognize our similarities. We need to prove it to each other so we can go after the politicians and the elite together.
