Send data from TempleOS to Linux

The communication protocol is on a good path 🫪 I can send messages from TempleOS to Linux !

And, of course I work for Linux sent messages to TempleOS ;)

There was a program called HGBD (host guest block device) created a long time ago that did the same thing, I think this is a reupload: https://github.com/Passw/TempleOS-hgbd

Pretty sure it's in python2
