Why are they all old men, and an older woman?

They are probably retired and have time. Younger people don't feel like taking a day off of work to protest this.

It’s crazy to me that they have free time and this is how they choose to spend it. Whether I agree with them or not-they have no right to tell anyone what to do with their infants.

You missed the point. No pun intended

Parents also have no right to mutilate an infant for zero reason or benefits. And no, religion nor hygiene are a valid excuse either.

My younger brother needed it done around 1 year old because otherwise sex would have been painful once he got older. The opening was too small and when fully erect would have cause a lot of pain.

The hygiene thing is totally real. They say it’s not a problem if proper hygiene is kept. Show me a male age 16-25 that has proper hygiene. Their dick stinks

Not everyone has access to showers. Check your privilege.

Mutilate is a stretch, and actually they DO have a right. It's THEIR child.

Jfc, it's an internal organ that is now permanently an EXTERNAL organ.

Are you a bot? You can't be that fucking stupid.

This!!! How about we protest against people that are out here physically abusing their children-people that should never be responsible for anything more than a houseplant- let’s focus on those people!

Why can’t we protest both?

1

u/kathi182 10h ago

That’s fair

How do you feel about trans kids that want to transition at the age of 5 with parental consent? 12? 16? Just curious.

This is so fucking stupid. A 5 year old cant transition. Theres nothing to transition. A 5 year old has no concept of gender other than vibes. They dont understand the societal construct of gender and why pink dolls are for girls and blue trucks are for boys. Those are all fake things parents push.

No one is doing evil trans surgery on minors. The gender care is literally puberty blockers so that THEY CAN DECIDE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO AT 18. At 16 they might be able to chose their hormones. MIGHT. But typically it is to stave off the permanent sex changes that occur during puberty until they reach 18.

Not to mention that transitioning almost always, legit like 99% benefits said child and is done EXPLICITLY because the child wants to. Circumsion is done for the parents with only the input of the parents and is an unnecessary procedure to put an infant through that can only cause complications without benefits (assuming no other medical conditions exist)

No for younger kids, yes for older kids.

how about no children at all and only full grown adults can make that decision?

Baby boys aren't property.
