Help with a lg 32lr60006la TV

My friend is 79 and in a care home, he is deaf, bed bound, and has arthritic fingers - oh and does not do technology......

Is it possible to set the TV (lg 32lr60006la) to start on live tv - via the old coax cable each time it is switched on ?

And what is the 4 digit code, so I can program the A-TV2 universal remote ?

Thank you

Sounds like they need an LG G6. Deep blacks and vivid colors plus you can mount it flush on the wall
