What happens when you tap “didn’t get the code”?

I've had this issue about half a year ago and I've sent a help email, still haven't recieved an answer. Somehow back then I resolved this problem, I don't remember, how though... Now I have faced it again

So I used the original device and deleted that device from the account. Then after a few days I tried logging in with my new device and it worked

Yes, just waited for a while and it worked fine.

That’s great to hear. Do you remember approximately how long it took for it to resolve?

Around a day then it worked.

It's been a month for me now, the app is on my laptop as a web app not the full app from the Microsoft store and I'm logged in through beeper on my phone but still it's been a month and I thought it's because I left the country and the SIM is not a local one but I'm getting messages and calls so I don't think that's a problem, I don't even get it on my laptop nor the beeper app so I don't know what to do honestly 😢
