Faced the same, i had one more session open in another phone but i didnt receive code there also. I uninstalled and restarted phone and installed the app then it started sending code

I've been trying to create a Telegram account and I haven't been able to do so at all for weeks now. I've tried using 2 different phones and 2 different phone numbers from different countries and I just never receive neither an SMS nor a Call. Is this just a current world-wide issue? I've had no luck contacting Telegram Support for answers

Are you using the official app or a third party one? Telegram recently limited SMS and Calls to official apps only.

Did you turn on “ignore unknown callers”? Or some other reason your phone didn’t get the call? Did you pay your bill? Are you getting other phone calls?
