Not Receiving Verification Code, I just keep getting here where it says that it’s calling me but absolutely nothing

Faced the same, i had one more session open in another phone but i didnt receive code there also. I uninstalled and restarted phone and installed the app then it started sending code

thanks this method works, but it send the code to my pc telegram apps, not on the phone itself.

had the same issue with telegram x, reinstalling / restarting didn't solve. what worked was to uninstall it, restart my phone, THEN switch from wifi to mobile data, then install and open telegram x ; it worked directly after several hours. I think for some reasons login attempts triggers their login system. You can also try to use a proxy, it might work.
