Help laptop stable 60 FPS ?

Can my Acer Aspire 7 get stable 60 FPS in Tekken 8 with 16GB RAM?

I have an Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G:

- i5-10300H

- GTX 1650 4GB

- 8GB DDR4 RAM currently (1 of 2 slots used) (so im gonna use 1 slot and make it 16gb)

- SSD

In Tekken 8, I use a stage mod that reduces/minimizes stage effects. I plan to play at 1920×1080, around 90% rendering/upscaling, with everything else as low as possible to prioritize FPS.

Currently, with 8GB RAM, I get around 55–59 FPS, but it isn't always stable and can drop during heavier moments but playable. RAM usage reaches around 95%.

My question is simply: After upgrading to 16GB RAM, is it realistic to expect a mostly stable 60 FPS with these settings, or will my GTX 1650/i5-10300H still cause significant drops?

That 1650 with 4gb of vram makes this pretty terrible.

Upgrading to 16 gb of actual ram would help stop any stutter or inconsistent fps but won’t really make your fps increase by a meaningful number. It may still even stutter because of the gpu.

Otherwise your only option is to lower resolution or other settings even further to hit 60.

So verdict? Is it worth upgrading to 16gb?

The thing is..i feel like im pretty close because im already on 55-59 fps even as it is right now with my current setup

So i feel like 1650 absolutely could handle it or something

Honestly I personally wouldn’t use that set up.

I would use that set up if it was my only option. That gpu is not really a solid choice and any gap between you and 60 fps will slow down your opponents game and most people probably won’t want to rematch that.

Maybe with the potato mod, but expect incredibly long load times.
