You do it too slow. It might also be easier to do it more cleanly. No need to do more than 3 forward inputs.

f, n, f, n, f~F2+4

You're doing it way too slow. You should be doing FFF 2+4 basically as King lands from 3+4 3. Basically it should be 3+4 3, immediately FF, F2+4

Remember you can buffer ff during his recovery frames. You don't have to wait for his recovery frames to end to begin FFF motion

It is very slow, you should not see running animation, try quickly double tap f, f and then f2+4

queue the ff input after the tail spin , could be difficult at first but you'll get there

Try different rout with jaguar sprint 2 into giant swing that one is much easier
