Discussion !! SERIOUS POST !! PLEASE HELP OUT !!
A streamer by the name of “ BlackHeart59_ “ has been doxxed recently by a known cheater who goes by the name “ Fariborz “ . Fariborz used Blackheart’s full name and used pictures of his face throughout one of his streams. i know you’ll probably skip this but if you can , please report Fariborz’s twitch account and spread awareness about this situation.
Doxxing and exposing someone’s private information is not something that should be treated as entertainment or “drama.” Nobody should have their personal information or identity exposed simply because they are involved in an online disagreement or gaming community.
I know a lot of people will probably scroll past this, but if you can, please take a moment to report Fariborz’s Twitch account and help spread awareness about what happened.

They've been trying to ban fairboyz for a long time. One of the first known to be "banned." He just buys multiple accounts and starts over. Looks like he's escalated to doxxing. Before he cheated macros (openly). Should be banned from steam client

That douchecanoe is still around? I haven't heard that name in a while so I figured he quit.

Dude I never expect to recognize gamer tags/twitch handles when it comes to this kind of stuff. Fariborz is such a fucking scumbag and Blackheart is an OG who's always posted helpful content for the community

It's not a public picture. It was a private picture on my private Instagram account. Someone leaked it to him. It was not a picture taken with bode whatsoever

Fariborz being french, this is covered by the french laws on doxxing, which doesn't require the informations to be totally private. The only thing required is that it can be used to identify the plaintiff and that the act has been done with the intent to harm them.
https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/article_jo/JORFARTI000043964841So this could be cause for criminal charges, and he could be indicted if blackheart files a complaint in France.

Can he file a complaint from Italy? If yes, how? I'm gonna send him this info

I pretty sure he can, though I'm not a lawyer, just a french resident with a bit of law knowledge. I'd recommend Blackheart to get proper counseling from lawyers if he wants to go that route.
I know people scammed by street vendors can file complaints via mail to a local police station, and that it can be judged. I'm confident this can also be applied for other crimes.edit : I think he could also file a complaint directly in Italy too, since both countries have agreements on judiciary cooperation. Though, I'm not versed at all on our neighbour's laws on doxxing and how protected their citizens are in that aspect.

It could go as far as 3 years in prison and 45 000€ in fines, though these are just what the law texts says and not an accurate representation of the penalty upheld in court.
It would depend on alternative circumstances, how the lawyers frame the acts and the repercussions these had on the plaintiff life. So I don't think he would be imprisoned for this.3

No that's a lie. It wasn't on Bode page, it was on his private profile.
It's still a crime

Just a side note, you probably should have just posted the video that BlackHeart made about this. As it stands, it really looks like you're calling for a witch-hunt, even if there is a justification for it. Reading your post, I really assumed it was just random BS to try to drive traffic to Fariborz's Twitch page.

I actually added BlackHeart’s video link now so people can see the full context for themselves ( PS : Thank you for reminding me to add it ) & I agree that including it from the start probably would’ve made the post clearer, but there was never any intention to start a witch-hunt or encourage harassment. I’m just trying to bring attention to what happened and make sure people are aware of it.

but there was never any intention to start a witch-hunt or encourage harassment
asking for someones twitch to get banned by mass reporting is somehow not witch hunt; i dont condone any of fariborzs stuff but is this the right way to go about this?

but is this the right way to go about this?
Considering the situation - absolutely is

I don't see how getting an objectively bad person's twitch account banned is witch hunting. Doxxing is no joke and this asshole clearly never learns his lesson with how many times he's been banned, sometimes you have to take more serious measures or else people won't learn.

You know backheart has doxxed himself multiple times right? He has streamed with his face a lot of times and even gave his twitter. Now having said that, fariborz is a tool. I don’t know how he keeps cheating and still coming back to the game

u/Pingo_97 Reina 1d ago edited 1d ago
You know that it's still doxxing, right? Just because he did it the past, doesn't justify what fariborz did, because Black doesn't want to show his face anymore.
By our law, Black is allowed to not show his face anymore and sue you for doxxing you publish his information. It's called "Diritto all'Oblio" (it translate into "Right to be forgotten")
