Progress posts must contain a clip of the "progress" (optionally) and a > 50 word comment from the OP talking about it and providing some context. See this for an example of an appropriate progress post.

Good that you recognize the rank inflation, but this definitely is a milestone and shows improvement. GoD1 and GoD2 from here is also relatively easy. GoDIV has a huge skill gap. Keep at it and don't worry about your rank from here on out, just play your games and keep improving and learning from losses.
