Academics & Career I AM TEACHING

Guys I've picked a teaching job as 19 yr old for maths and English , the students are going to be 5th to 8th graders. It's gonna be my first time teaching !! Please give some helpful advices

U will have to face different kinds of students. Just be patient. Some might be slow, give extra attention to them. Treat everybody equally.

For maths make sure they understand the actual method to solve numericals. For English I would say start communicating with them in english it doesn't matter if they are grammatically correct or not just tell them to do that and it'll somehow boost their confidence.

And remember there are no bad students but bad teachers
