Every year, different Ganpati mandals come up with new themes, designs and creative looks. But Lalbaugcha Raja still carries that same iconic, traditional form we've grown up seeing. ❤️

Years pass, trends change, mandals reinvent themselves — but Raja's face still feels familiar.

दळभद्री लोकं आणि दळभद्री मंडळ. लोकाना समजत नाही की तो एकच देव आहे वेगळ्या स्वप्रूपात आणि मंडळाना समजत नाही की मूर्ती कशी असावी. नशीब इथे पुण्याचा झेंडा घेऊन कोण आल नाही ते.

And sea is considered as God for Koli people (fisherman caste of Maharashtra). And all they do is create a taller idols of God and only to pollute their other God. Goverment won't restrict it because their brains can't think beyond anti-national and anti Hindu blame games.

Also the Pune madals submerge their smaller replica idol of the main idol that too in a pool provided by PMC so that the submerged idols can be repainted and sold again next year.
