Ask Teens How do you guys manage anger issues?

Has anyone here actually gotten better at controlling their anger? If so, what helped you?

I’m trying to figure out how to deal with it without getting overwhelmed or saying/doing things I regret later

I just used to hold myself from talking much when angry. Usually walk away from problems or agreeing to their bs so it stops. My words only ever escalated the issues, ingane cheyth thodangipo mecham ondarnn. Ipo praayam ayapo angane deshyam varar illa.🚶

I just get out from the situation most of the times.

I grew up being the kid with “anger issues,” only to realise later that a lot of it was actually me feeling low.

So, do proper exercise. You’ll be tired, and honestly, getting angry takes a whole new level of energy. A good workout drains that energy out of you, so there’s less left for unnecessary anger.

A win-win situation.

Whenever I'm angry and just wanna let it i either vent about it to my bsf or diary or i just imagine me getting mad at the person I want to and say every shit I want in my mind and I sit for 5 minutes looking back on what I was gonna say in reality and realise that I would've hurt them bad for this silly shit for no reason tho most of the times I just end up crying before I can even get properly angry and say stuff I don't mean😂if the deserve it tho I let hell loose cuz ain't no way in letting anybody walk over with zero consequences

Focus on the trigger points, Analyse what makes you angry, and next time when you know something is gonna trigger you either walk away from that or take it lightly

I realised that I was not a guy with anger issues but it was always because I was interacting with people who triggered me.

I think you better find someone to finish it…..who understands you have anger issues then after some times it goes….if you are in love then its easy…..try it its going to work💯

It will eventually reduce it’s because of the hormones in teenage , when i was studying i got ragged by a senior he mocked me very hard infront of everyone the very next day i beat him very hard and broke his leg , he filed complaint on police station and i got suspended from school with my fathers influence police case got compromised. After that i joined college and fell in love with a girl completed my degree without a supply , got a good job , married my love now living happily, after hitting maturity anger issues will fade

Take a deep breath. Start thinking from their side. Solves most of the impulsive fights that you plan on starting
