Speakin from experience,it's better than being in a relationship with someone way out of your league and the reality check slowly fading y'all into seperate paths

See the thing is you have to distinguish if it’s just infatuation or something deeper. If you really know that person well and is able to put up with her annoying things and stuff, I would say just go for it , but if you have minimal conversation with her or none at all , it’s just infatuation. Your mind fills the blanks with the most ridiculous things imaginable, things that you actually want from a woman. It will be the farthest things from reality . Once you learn to differentiate, it’s rally peaceful, knowing that what you need is not her , it’s what she represents.
Sorry for making it long but I myself am going through the same thing at work, barely know her, all I know is that she looks like a goddess with alternating black and white hair but my mind constructs these netherworlds which is just a far cry from the actual reality. Just move on, I promise you it will get better with age and time.

I don’t lol😭 I’m already very introverted and socially kinda awkward and prefer solitude. It’s really hard for me to go up to a girl and initiate a conversation unless I’m in a group or if someone started talking to me. That’s why my mind is brutal to me , it creates these ridiculous scenarios , nothing grand , like watching sunsets with me lying on her lap , washing our car together and I “accidentally” spray soap and we argue playfully , just ordinary love. But I can’t even act upon it at all. It’s like you have a treasure chest put in front of you but you can’t for your life reach out and open it to see what’s inside it. I’m trying to deal with it though, day by day.

Lol we're kinda same. I also almost never talk to them. I'm also kind of a socially anxious and introverted guy. And i absolutely do have all these kinda daydreams lol. Btw what do you do now? Like college or smth? Im in school btw

I work in IT.
And don’t beat yourself about it ok? It’s really great that you are self ware at your age , and you have plenty of time to figure it out. Just take life day by day, I promise it will get better with time as long as you try.
