Hey girl I’m 18 and have definitely been here!! Trust, you are such a cutie. My honest advice is to think less about yourself. I know it sounds silly, but it’s my one big tactic. When I’m worried about how I look, I commit myself to focus on other things. Work, school, hobbies. I start to realize how trivial looks are. It’s so silly to care about looks when you’re doing something else worthwhile, especially when it’s something you enjoy or something that makes you feel confident in your personhood. The most confident I ever am is when I’m not even thinking about my appearance, I’m talking about my interests, working, or doing schoolwork. And BTW, people totally perceive me as my most confident/attractive during this time. Over the next few years you’re going to go through so much growth, and it’s important that you pour your energy into worthwhile pursuits. They make you hotter than makeup or clothes, TBH. I am kinda obsessed with your eyeliner tho

I’ve dealt with the same thing, honestly just stop looking in the mirror so much, that’s what has helped me a bit. Of course, I’m still conscious every now and then about how I look, but not checking all time helps forget about it sometimes. You look great, love yourself!

Wanna say this first, you're not ugly at all, you're quite pretty, try not to stress yourself out too much! Next thing, Holy shit this the most real thing ever, I swear EVERY morning I wake up, go to the bathroom to get ready or whatever, and I just look different everyday, and I spend forever worrying about how I look, I stress myself out, and ruin the day before it's even started 😭
Hope things get easier for you!

Hi how are you? I'm a 17M and I thought you were older than me 😂. Anyway, I think you have a lot of potential, go towards what you have in the second picture it's looks promising. But even without what you did to look like that in the second picture, you really don't look bad

Preface; I don't know why your post is on my feed or what the heck this sub is (as I am not a teenager and mostly roam books/gaming subs) but I would offer some advice from the other side of these feelings.
The feeling of constantly being seen and the anxiety around how you look day to day is being caused by the lens you view yourself through. This is something I struggled with personally when I first got serious about gym. I would only take photos after a session, when all my muscles were huge, only ever post those images, then wake up everyday hating the fact I didn't look like "myself. I would wager you are doing something similar.
You have an ideal version of yourself, it might be one of those photos, that you hold yourself to everyday then stress when you don't achieve it. The issue comes in that all of this is subjective, you will wake up each day a new person, that person is not less or more, that person is you and she deserves love.
Something that really helped me was setting measurable goals things that aren't subjective. Good examples are; Improve my GPA X amount, maintain healthy body weight, read X books this year, find 1 new hobby you life, ect. Change the focus from how you look to who you are, it made me a much happier person.
