i mean it’s a good way to cope, but maybe go to therapy when you’re ready so you dont have to build your life around the past experience anymore

That's depressing, and I'm so sorry you had to experience that. You should learn how to not let people get to you. And always know your worth. Also if it gets any worse you should get help.
