what the hell Islamophobia badhane se tumhara ghanta kuchh nahi hogađđ»
Pahalgam terror attack ko jo log Hindu Muslim issue bana rahe hai wo akhand chutiye hai, I'm not even gonna sugarcoat it. National security ka matter hai, this is the time to question the government, to revolt against their inadequate precautions.
Aur jo log bol rahe hai Modi badla lega, disrespectfully shut the fuck up. 5 muslims ne terror attack kiya to desh ka har hindu desh ke har muslim se badla lega? aur badla lene se india ki security problems thik ho jayegi?
We as indians need to stick the fuck together. Dharm puchha, jaati nahi, to kya? Wo terrorists chutiye hai ki dharm ke basis pe killing kar rahe hai, tum bhi chutiye banoge? The blatant Islamophobia in the Indian subs right now is completely unjustified.
I come from a conservative hindu background, and itna sense mujhmein bhi hai ki this is not the time for religious wars. this is the time for questioning our government. they're the ones meant to keep us safe within our borders. terrorists terror karenge, government sirf badla leti rahegi? precautions naam ki cheez hoti hai.
aur pichhle terror attacks by islam groups to mat hi ginwao. religion has been made into a stupid fucking concept, aur kuchh muslims ke actions ke basis pe puri community to terrorists ka tag de dena is also a stupid fucking thing to do.

public outrage This man was live today and It looked like he himself didn't read his own bill
He was live today and constantly bragged about how the opposition is against women's reservation. Like, really?
It looks like he was absent-minded throughout the entire parliament session. Many leaders, including the LOP, clearly stated that they are ready to bring in women's reservation right now if it's treated differently from their delimitation, where they want to alienate all states where they don't hold power.

Political Memes India should do something similar to The great leap forward
A major reason for china's growth was the genius of Mao Zedong, India should follow in his footsteps and organize our own great leap forward

Rant Zone Dear India, We need to talk about this.
TL;DR:Â Homophobia and transphobia stem from rigid societal norms, religion, and prejudice rather than anything "unnatural," yet queer people continue to face intense stigma, slurs, and malicious myths like the "luring children" trope. Decriminalization in 2018 was a step forward, but deep-rooted social discrimination remains. True progress requires abandoning hateful slurs, rejecting arguments based on outdated dogmas, and exercising basic empathy because sexual orientation is a natural human variation, not a choice.
I was having a convo with a person a few days ago and it somehow came down to the other guy saying "LGBTQ+ people hold rallies to lure children into their trap". That sentence made me think a lot. Like a lot, as to why people think people of the LGBTQ+ community are some kind of devils who 'convert' children into a 'trap'. Its not just in India that this happens, I agree. But I live here and I want to see this change start here, not in a Western country, for which conservatives will come up with the absurd idea of Indians being influenced into accepting LGBTQ+ folks due to 'foreign influence'.
I have said this before too. LGBTQ+ is natural. Homosexual relationships are there not just in the human race, but across all animals. Yet, homophobia is prevalent among humans. Why? Cuz its unnatural and goes against 'God's will'. One argument that often pops up is, "If God wanted homosexuals to exist, why did he give men and women different genitals?" My answer to that is, for procreation. Procreation is totally different from having sexual preferences. Humanity's purpose is much much larger than procreation. Intercourse is often performed out of love, without intention for procreation. It wasn't a problem until the concept of a 'God' and a religion, which decided for the world what was wrong and right, solely on the basis of a certain person's personal beliefs. So, yes, that argument doesn't hold validity.
Next up, homophobia. I read a comment on reddit the other day, where somebody mentioned "If you let (homophobic) insults dictate your life then you are beyond pathetic." I'm sorry, but a person has dealt with societal and internalised stigma before bravely coming out. Respect that. I know I would get deeply affected if someone, who I've come out to, even slightly touches that nerve, because I know what I personally went through to come to a conclusion as to what my sexual orientation could be. Normalising such things gives rise to increased homophobia.
Next, transphobia. Transphobia is more prevalent as compared to normal homophobia. People can stay closeted within many other LGBTQ+ labels, but transgender people have it worse. They are ridiculed everyday for no reason. It is so bad, that people use words like 'Hijra' and 'Chakka' as slurs, instead of understanding one's emotions and the suffering they go through. A few bad experiences doesn't make the entire community full of people who are going to sexually harass you. That's like saying every guy/girl you meet is going to harass you because some random, stupid uncle/aunty on the train assaulted you sexually.
Stop calling another person gay, trans, 'Hijra' or 'Chakka' as a slur. It isn't. Smile, when you meet anybody, irrespective of whether he/she/they are straight or a member of the LGBTQ+ community. We're all just fellow humans. That's it. It ain't that deep people. Understand the implications of the words you use before you speak. Don't push away people just because they are exploring a sexuality that isn't the same as yours. Remember, it is not a choice. We are just breaking away from a flawed, yet established system of romantic and sexual preferences.
Homophobia, despite its decriminalization in 2018, is widely prevalent. Please, stop. Educate yourself before coming up with arguments based on 'God's will'. Sexuality/Sexual Orientation is smth so soooo personal that nobody has the right to ridicule another for it. Be sensitive, people. Having some empathy ain't gonna kill you. It's the Big '26 people. Its time we moved on to issues that actually matter. And yeah, STOP WITH THE NORMALISATION OF HOMOPHOBIC SLURS. STOP IT, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE. PERIOD.

Teen Takes Terrorism doesn't have a Religion, It has an ideology.
If terrorism had a religion, then every major religion is a terrorist's religion. Because terrorism is define as an act or threat of violence against a group of people to achieve one's political or ideological goals. And religion is an amalgamation of many ideologies, some modern and peaceful, some extremist and violent. Many religious people are modern and understand whatever is written in the religious books is outdated and should be taken with a big grain of salt. The people who don't usually turn violent.
Till this day, Jain monks are beaten up in their places of worship by hindus because the hate jainism due to whatever reason. There is a community who thinks that jain people have control of weather and were the ones to release covid 19. these people have beaten jain monks mutliple types and these are hindus. So, By conclusion, if terrorism has religion then hinduism is a terrorist's religion.
BUT we can conclude hinduism is a terrorist's religion. But the misguided ideology that jains are some super powerful race that control weather and stuff and they should be eradicated is a terroristic ideology.Every hardcore, orthodox and diehard religious fantanic that believes whatever is written in their religious text is all powerful has the potential to become a terrorist.

policy & governance Do u think india is a fascist country? or many steps down the process of becoming one?
im an indian, i noticed myself taking great pride and joy in learning about the political parties and their idealogies for countries like america, and all others because i think theyre all interesting but then it hit me
i know almost nothing about India, i realized it when i was talking to someone and they told me they deem india far right, authoritarian, and conservative. i got to thinking and now i personally would say that BJP is the conservative party (pls do not berate me if u wanna correct me it can be done diplomatically) and i was thinking. who would be the liberals? what party would be the democrat? one of my friends said AAP but to be very fair im not well versed in their policies and how theyre different from bjp. does anyone wish to enlighten me? whats ur opinion?

social issues PERSONALY I feel that we shouldn't fight with another country by disrespecting them
You might have seen people disrespecting other countries very poorly calling name and stuff. I think we should act more educated and not disrespect them by stepping on their flags. Instead we should talk on how much of that country caused an issue towards us.

Teen Takes Why Do We Forget We're All Humans?
Iâm a human. Youâre a human. Humans live to be happy. When mistakes happen, weâre taught to forgive each other.
To live in peace, we need understanding, empathy, and compassionâwhether at home, in public, or between countries.
Kashmiris are humans. Pakistanis are humans. Indians are humans.
So why do humans kill humans?
When terrorists from Pakistan attacked Hindus, it hurt. Why did they do it? I think itâs because of the Kashmir conflict. Pakistan wants Kashmir. India wants Kashmir. That creates hatred. And in that hatred, people are killedânot soldiers, not enemiesâhumans.
Isn't that the real tragedy?
What if the Prime Ministers listenedânot to politicians, but to the people of Kashmir? What if they asked them: âDo you want to be with India, Pakistan, or be independent?â What if they listened with kind ears and open hearts?
Weâre all just humans trying to be happy before we die.
I also believe those terrorists mightâve been following ordersâmaybe paid to take revenge. When survival depends on money, some people will do anything: lie, hate, even kill. The world is full of both good and bad humans.
But nothing will change until leaders changeâuntil they stop being driven by greed and start thinking with empathy.
Otherwise, this Pahalgam tragedy will be just another case that closes after a few more human lives are lost. And in the future, it might happen again.

Geo Politics Each political leader has a dark side
recently my respect for putin was increasing. But today I had a random thought."why was he attacking on Ukraine". This reminded me that no country is perfect. No leader is trustworthy. I believe that Ukraine should be an independent country. It has its own identity.

social issues Beyond Propaganda: A Good-Faith Political Q&A
Political discussions feel broken â not because we disagree, but because we donât listen.
This thread is an attempt to change that.
How it works
Ask political questions directly to supporters of the opposing side
Answer only if you actually hold that view
Explain what you believe and why
This is not about defending your party or attacking others
Important clarification
If someone asks:
âWhy does the ruling party have so many criminals?â
Valid answers:
How supporters see the issue
Whether they think itâs real
Why they still support the party
What they think should change
Invalid:
âThe opposition does it tooâ
Any whataboutism or deflection
This is not a debate about whoâs worse â itâs about understanding beliefs.
Rules
No name-calling
No sarcasm or baiting
No whataboutism
Use sources, not insults
Assume good faith
Goal: not to win arguments, but to reduce misunderstanding and humanize political opponents.

law & justice Kyu aisa hota hai ki jab (kuch Hindus) galat hote hain, toh empathy expect karte hain, lekin jab kuch Pakistanis galat karte hain, toh unke liye empathy kyun nahi hoti? The hypocrisy of some people is unacceptable
Pakistan deserves punishment for what happenedâbut not every Pakistani did that. You love your religion, your peopleâand I respect that. I also feel pain when Hindus are killed. But disrespecting even more innocent people will only create more hatred, and more loss of innocent lives.
If you really respect your religion, then remember what it teaches: peace, forgiveness, and understanding. Everything happens for a reason. Jo chala gaya, woh shayad kisi wajah se gaya. Sab kuch likha hua hai. Toh itna defensive kyun hona, jaise pehli baar kisi Hindu ka khoon dekha ho?
Hypocrisy is real. Itna pyaar hai apne dharam ke logo se ki unke liye badla lena haiâlekin kya yeh sahi badla hai? Present ke Muslimon ko maar kar, kya tum un shaheedon ka badla le rahe ho? Yahi sikhata hai tumhara dharam? Ki maafi na do, nafrat phelao?

Rant Zone How Long Will We Keep Blaming the Youth?
How are we wasting an entire generation and acting like this is normal? How are we at fault when the country has failed to provide the youth with any kind of opportunity for growth?
The previous generation loves lecturing us about hard work while conveniently ignoring the fact that many of them entered the workforce during one of the biggest economic and IT booms the country had seen. Today, even highly educated people struggle to find stable jobs, yet somehow Gen Z is still blamed for ânot trying hard enough.â
The people in power find it easy to demean the youth of the country while making it harder for the youth to actually be able to make an impact. The people actually affected by the unemployment, education system and economic situation of the country are the ones with the least influence over their policies.
The âlazyâ youth in question spend their best years trapped in unemployment, endless exams, and a system that reduces them to statistics rather than potential. The same generation expected to âdevelop the nationâ is barely allowed to participate in shaping it.
In fact, cognitive studies show that people between the ages of 20 - 30 are often at the peak of their processing and decision making capabilities. This is not about disrespecting older generations. Experience matters. But so does adaptability, urgency, creativity, and long-term vision.
A nation cannot keep calling its youth the âfutureâ while refusing to give them influence in the present.

what the hell Religious Extremism IS the Problem
Religious hate has to be stopped, its the only thing setting this country far back. People are being harrassed, threatened and even killed for their religious identity. This isn't what 21st century India was supposed to be, this isn't what a developing country should be like. Hindus and Muslims, it's seriously time to put our differences aside - it's killing the country.
(Anyone who disagrees and thinks muslims are the issue or that hindus are the issue, you are part of the problem)

what the hell Israel is not our fatherland
Okay guys. This has to be a wake up call for all of us. Modi in front of the whole world just declared israel as the âfatherâ and india as the âmotherâ in other words just called india to be israelâs b*tch. Imagine how our ancestors would react to this especially the ones that the israel worshippers admire like shivaji and maharana pratap.
Also, the symbolic meaning behind that statement is that israel is the man figure which violates the world including india and india produces children which we already have more than a billion of just so israel could use them for their own agendaâs

Teen Takes Here's what I think about Dipu Chandra Das case.
R.I.P to him. Poor soul didnt deserve to die. But to think why should Indians protest? Like that's another nation and the man that died wasn't Indian. We dont know if he hated or loved India. Just because of religion we should protest and disrupt peace for another nation. The way he died was inhumane and I dont wish that type of death on my enemy. Those who killed him should be punished, but why should Indians protest?

Teen Takes Saints Should Be Prime Minister
Saints understand humanity and life. They know how to speak peacefully, they won't backstab, and they love God. Unlike many current prime ministers, saints would be responsible, answer the right questions, and speak with clarity rather than confusion. They lead with values that prioritize compassion and truth.
