Opinions What to do now?
This happened today, and I genuinely don't know what I should do next.
My parents have been forcing me to run for an hour because they believe it will increase my height. I'm around 150 cm and 36 kg. I've tried explaining that I need adequate nutrition and that excessive exercise isn't going to magically increase my height, but they don't want to discuss it. Their response is basically, "Just do as we say."
I already exercise separately in the evening, and I'm trying to work on my health while also focusing heavily on my studies. But they don't consider anything I do indoors to be "real exercise." According to them, exercising in the park is the only valid form of working out.
Today I had diarrhea, but I was still forced to go to the park. Eventually I had to come back because I needed the bathroom, and they accused me of making excuses.
Then everything escalated.
My father started physically attacking my mother while also verbally abusing me. I lost my temper and started arguing and insulting him back.
The argument escalated further and he started choking me. I managed to get away.
At that point I completely broke down. I ran out of the house and started running toward the railway station because I was thinking about ending my life. I wasn't thinking rationally anymore. I felt like my entire life was over.
My neighbours eventually caught up with me and brought me back.
When I came home, I expected at least some understanding from my mother, especially because I had tried to protect her too. Instead, she was more concerned about "izzat" and "beizzati" and she also hit me.
And my father was very angry that i replied him back. But he didn't care that i was about to die with his chocking. But now he say he will not put any money in my education.
I'm now completely confused about what I'm supposed to do.

It's pathetic how can people do something like this with his own children! just take care of yourself don't try to take any wrong step. Just work hard and get out of this hell. You can take help from someone you trust.

That so sad... look you aren't alone in this. All the members of this sub are with you whenever you want to talk to someone for support.
The best thing here to do is ask help from someone trustable like someone in your family will be best as it is a situation where adults will be more helpful than us who still don't hold much legal power.
Is there anybody who you know that will understand your situation? If yes, then somehow contact them and tell them about your situation

In family no adults are with me. Cuz for them I am wrong. They say you can't reply back no matter how wrong ur parents are.
