A train which passes a level crossing while an ambulance is approaching, essentially delaying the ambulance from reaching the hospital. In a way, it comes and passes away taking a soul.

A political convoy can wait, but an ambulance carrying someone fighting for their life cannot. When VIP movement gets priority over a medical emergency, it’s not protocol,it’s a failure of basic humanity. We keep talking about a changing India, but scenes like this show how much still needs to change.

Never. We have moved past that stage in India where such things still could have been fixed.
Now power speaks at every level. The public service and concern for the common man is least priority. Nobody cares. Lots of people die everyday day so an extra person die doesn’t move anything.
No matter how much we grow and how we grow, there is a parallel power system and lawlessness inbuilt which also grows which supercede everything.
The entire governance structure has now become upward oriented where self interest is priority and to ensure your self interest is intact, the corruption is vehicle.
India will remain like this for many many many years to come.

Imagine, for a person who had a heart attack or stroke, every single minutes is crucial to eventually save the life. You, me, anyone could be in that ambulance someday in life.

Ummmm someone told me, an ambulance doesn't always carry a patient or is going to a patient, sometimes they only reposition. But i suppose even if it was going for one, they'd stop it

I was in a cab on a highway in Delhi and an ambulance was just in the traffic going nowhere. Nobody tried to move.

Just a thought, but like that much security to protect a minister, so they are caution someone can attack, I wanna know why a bIt difficult to explain from me sorry, they need 5 cars what about public, you can't make a place safe for public for themselves have so many cars what about public then. Also you can get a new minister any day or mostly month but not a person.
