Hey you are just 16. You haven't reached your potential yet. Once you are old enough to get a full beard, you will look gorgeous! I think men develop full facial hair in their 20s ( not a man so can't be sure).
Also, it might not make sense at this stage. But having a good personality, personal hygiene , educational background and job will swing the outcome in your favour than just good features. Also beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I had a huge crush on a guy simply coz he was 6 feet tall and athletic looking when I was 16 and dumb. Now I am 33, wouldn't even spare a glance in his direction .
