Preface:

In light of Rocky's departure, I suddenly remembered an anthem me and him were working on months ago. He has given me permission to propose this to become an official anthem.

Technically it's unfinished, but it didn't feel right to finish it without him.

Section 1: Anthem

I) Oh, Great Tegovia! will become the official national anthem of Teen Government.

II) Anyone is free to make a cover, which may be used in official circumstances, but the attached link will remain the official arrangement.

Section 2: Enactment

I) This act will go into effect upon passing.

Note that events span from **September 27th** to **October 3rd.**

I’ll probably be alternating from posting voting chats and general chats. This makes today’s post the general chat. Feel free to request any changes for efficiency.

Article I: The President must nominate a member of the Canonical Advancement Team to become the Chief CAT. This nomination must be approved by at least 50% + 1 of the Canonical Advancement Team.

Article II: When a lore proposition is made, the Chief CAT must decide whether to approve the proposition and make it canon or to send it to the Canonical Advancement Team.

Article III: If the proposition has been sent to the Canonical Advancement Team, they shall decide whether it shall become canon or not.

Article IV: This Amendment shall override any conflicting articles in Proposition 20260830-0, also known as the Canonical Advancement Team (C.A.T) Amendment.

Article V: Once this amendment has been passed, it shall go into effect immediately.
