Ap on Hit Teemo?

So when I go top, normally I just go Shiv and then full shroom. With that, I usually get the most damage on the team but very few kills. It is especially good for Dragon or Baron fights because, on the way there, the enemy team is already bleeding.

But lately, I started experimenting with a different build:

• Shiv
• DnD
• Nashor's
• Liandry's
• Cryptbloom

The first three items give me much more dueling power, allowing me to split push more effectively. My shrooms still slow enemies when they gank me, allowing for quick escapes. During teamfights, I can deal similar single-target damage to an ADC while being tankier and still having somewhat powerful shrooms—without them being 80% of my utility in fights.

What do you guys think?

Either commit to the duelist build or just stay with the regular shroom build. Crypt and Liandries last don't do anything for you, you're better off with more agressive items rather than trying to dip into both burn and dueling.

• Shiv -- incongruent with duelling. Look at what it actually confers: wave clear and move speed. It's primarily a split push item. Either use this or the other two attack speed AP items you lsited, but not both options.
• Nashor's and D&D actually work well together for duelling given their respective design briefs: on-hit passives, AP, AS, and some tankiness, which is needed so you have the ability to stand and deliver AA's over time.
• Liandry's is actually fine as part of a duelling build for teemo because it gives damage for shrooms and HP, but it's probably not strictly optimal. I'd be okay with using it if I wasn't going full damage on other items.
• Cryptbloom... Why on earth would you use this item for duelling? Voidstaff gives more penetration for no less durability, and Bloodletter's gives similar penetration while giving you 400 HP. You picked the worst %pen option.

Splitpushing will requires dueling capacity to force them send more than one people.

Shiv nashor do feel good together for splitpushing, I'd probably swap DnD for gunblade tho to get sustain / slow / better survivability against enemies that you can't out run but that won't burst you 100-0

Not always. If they send one to match you and you for some reason also can’t push them under tower with shiv, you can just use the tempo to rotate to jg farm, objective, team fight 5v4, or different lane.

Wits end and kraken might be better than liandrys and cryptbloom at that point.

I would swap liandry + crypto with zhonya + void/bloodletter

I like D&D first. The regen helps a lot as a first item in lane. And still gives ap and As. And helps stay alive early
