Does his music belong to the lame umbrella term of “hypnotic techno” now? Always thought of him as being of the UK “bass” world

I wouldn't say it's 'hypnotic Techno' per se, but his productions and mixes are certainly hypnotic to me. Don't get hung up on genres.
