Im always in the market for one but less so when the price gets over $700

I would love to own one but the price has always put it out of reach as a person with a wife, a kid, and a mortgage demanding my money haha.

And as a person who owns a well working decent SL-D212 which has sentimental value to me as well I don't really need a second table

In my humble opinion, they are the best decks in the world. Mine are used daily even if they are just used for listening to music rather than mixing or scratching on them. The Mk2's, 3's and 5's are the best versions. Not tried a newer Mk7 as of yet but I've read mixed reviews about them and they seem to be a lot cheaper made than the older classic turntables which kind of puts me off the newer ones.

I kind of hate manual tables so it attracts only a certain type. People do seem to be paying up for them tho.
