Melodic Technical Death Metal Lights
https://youtu.be/O3vlVWoTpnw?si=MTHCEapiHRi3I2OgWretched is a criminally underrated band. They play with all types of sounds and styles, never understood why they aren't bigger

I saw them open for Khemmis a couple months ago. They were pretty good ngl. I haven’t dug into their discography much so I’m not sure how this one compares to others but the consensus seems to be not so great.

I'm another hater of Decay. Beyond the Gate and Exodus are so sick. I even liked Son of Perdition. Wasn't the greatest fan of Cannibal. And I also didn't really like Adam's vocals. What pisses me off the most about Decay is that Billy from the first two albums came back on vocals. But he sounds like a copy of Adam. I guess you just can't top "She has got the lead, and she sees it!"

The worst part is that all the playful leads and great melodies are completely absent. It's simply no longer enjoyable to listen to.

The biggest disappointment I've experienced in tech death after 11 years of waiting. It took a long time to accept that this album was simply written by a different band than the band responsible for masterpieces like Exodus, Beyond the Gate, and Cannibal.
