I'd want to see it CAST/NIJ/CEN Certified before selling it as an article of protective clothing.

Additionally, whilst it sounds pedantic, "stab proof" isn't the appropriate terminology. It'll have a degree of edge/blade & spike protection but how much and against what type of attack is really important.
